Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the kvibi shopping-list app and its related online services (the “Service”), provided by the kvibi developer (“we”, “us”).
1. Acceptance
By installing or using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The Service
The app stores your lists on your device. Optional online features (AI list creation and share links) use our server. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Features may change, be limited or be discontinued at any time.
3. AI output may be wrong
Lists created by AI from text, photos or voice can contain mistakes, omissions or misread items. Always check items before you buy. You are responsible for what you buy and do.
4. No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data. Keep in mind that your data is stored on your device; back it up.
5. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the Service. In particular, do not:
- attempt to overload, disrupt or bypass the limits of our servers;
- send unlawful content, or content you have no right to send, to the AI or share features;
- use automated means or reverse engineer the Service to obtain AI output at scale;
- use the Service to harm others.
6. Limits
To keep the Service available, we apply limits, which may change:
- AI requests: at most 10 per minute per client; text input up to 500 characters; images up to 5 MB (JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC/HEIF); audio up to 5 MB and 60 seconds; up to 100 items returned per request.
- Share links: at most 5 created per minute; a shared list may contain up to 200 items (list name up to 64 characters, description up to 512, each item up to 256).
- An overall cap of 30 requests per minute applies to the server API.
The app also limits the number of lists, items and tags you can keep. Requests over the limits are refused.
7. Your content
You own your content. You are responsible for the content you enter, photograph, record or share, and for having the right to use it. You give us permission only to process it as needed to run the features you use (for example, sending it to our AI provider to create list items, or hosting a shared list).
8. Shared lists
When you create a share link, anyone who has the link can view that list snapshot while the link is active (7 days from creation), and can import a copy into their app. Share only what you are comfortable making available to anyone with the link. Links may stop working earlier, for example after a server restart.
9. Possible paid features
The app is currently free. We may introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, for example for AI usage. If we do, we will present the price and terms clearly before you pay, and these terms will be updated.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Termination
You can stop using the app at any time. We may restrict or stop access to the online features for anyone who breaks these terms or abuses the Service.
