Anything that fits in a list. Groceries and errands, a packing list for the weekend, a party plan, gift ideas, a renovation checklist, books to read. Write it, say it or snap a photo, and Kvibi turns it into a clean list you can tick off, tag and share.
Is Kvibi free?
Yes. Kvibi is free to download. You can try everything free for 30 days, AI included. After that, AI is part of Kvibi AI Boosted.
What does Kvibi AI Boosted add?
AI. Lists, tags, sharing, widgets and offline mode stay free. Kvibi AI Boosted covers everyday use of AI from text, photos and voice, monthly or yearly. Subscriptions run through the App Store or Google Play, so there is still no account to create.
How does the AI work?
Type or paste a messy note, dictate a voice message or take a photo of a handwritten page. Kvibi sends only that input for processing and returns clean items, keeping details like 10 am or 500 g. You can edit everything before saving.
Can I add things without opening the app?
Yes. Start a list from the Home Screen widget on iPhone and Android, or on iPhone from the Lock Screen, Control Center or a long press on the app icon. Ask Siri to add an item or read out what’s left, or share a screenshot from any app to Kvibi and let AI turn it into a list.
Do I need an account?
No. No sign-up, no email, no password. Open the app and your first list is a few seconds away.
Where is my data stored?
On your phone. Kvibi does not keep your lists on its servers. On iPhone, a backup copy lives in your own iCloud.
Does Kvibi work offline?
Yes. Creating, editing and ticking off items works anywhere, with or without signal. Only AI and share links need internet.
How does sharing work?
Tap Share on any list to get a link or a QR code, or send the list as a picture to a chat or your stories. Anyone who opens the link sees the list in their browser and can add a copy to their own Kvibi.
How long does a shared link work?
Shared links expire after 7 days. Everyone who added the list keeps their own copy.
How do I move my lists to a new iPhone?
Kvibi backs up your lists to iCloud automatically. Install Kvibi on the new iPhone with the same Apple ID and your lists come back on first launch.
Which languages are supported?
The app is in English and German. The AI understands many more languages, even mixed in one note, and keeps every item in the language you wrote it in.
